Senior Functional Analyst – Digital Assets Platform (Banking & Insurance Industry)

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with strong experience in the Banking & Insurance sector to join a strategic Digital Assets Platform initiative.
Your Responsibilities
• Lead the functional design and analysis of complex information systems.
• Define concepts and manage planning for pre-study, analysis, and design phases.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Support system changes and enhancements from development through production.
• Recommend and implement system improvements.
• Analyze service requests, assess feasibility, estimate effort, and define solution approaches.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Required Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst within Banking and/or Insurance .
• Strong experience with:
• Functional Analysis
• Agile Methodologies
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• IT Security
• Software Development Lifecycles
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
