Role Overview As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you’ll own the design, development, and delivery of high-quality cross-platform web and mobile applications. You will work across the full stack — from client-facing Flutter apps to scalable Node.js backends — collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams. You’ll help shape technical direction, mentor other engineers, and ensure robust, secure, and performant solutions that align with business needs and technical roadmaps. Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, and maintain scalable and maintainable server-side applications using Node.js . Architect and develop cross-platform mobile applications . Implement and consume RESTful APIs; integrate front-end and back-end components for seamless functionality. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements, define technical and product roadmaps, and deliver new features. Write clean, efficient, reusable code that adheres to best practices and performance-optimized standards. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote a high standard of code quality across the team. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and technical challenges. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends relevant to Flutter, Node.js, and fullstack development. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, DevOps practices, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud deployments where applicable.
