We are looking for an experienced Senior Freight Forwarder to join our team in Bulgaria. As a Senior Freight Forwarder , you will take ownership of managing international road freight operations, ensuring seamless end-to-end shipment execution while building strong relationships with customers and carriers to deliver reliable, efficient, and high-quality logistics solutions. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage international road freight operations across Europe, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions. Oversee the end-to-end transport process, from shipment booking through to final delivery, while maintaining high service standards. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with carriers, customers and partners. Negotiate competitive freight rates and secure transport capacity to meet operational and customer requirements. Proactively monitor shipments, identify potential disruptions and implement timely solutions to ensure seamless delivery. Provide accurate, timely, and professional communication to customers regarding shipment status and operational updates. Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of transport documentation, including CMRs and all relevant shipping documents, in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations and other internal stakeholders to deliver tailored logistics solutions and exceptional customer service. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health, safety and quality standards throughout all transport operations.
