For our Central   FP&A   Team in Bulgaria, part of our   Financial Planning & Analysis department , we are currently hiring: Senior   FP&A   Coordinator (Centralized Services) On this role you will be primarily engaged across centralized end-to-end processes with focus on quality, consistency and control point across data entries and systems. Additionally, by leveraging Microsoft tools such as Excel, SharePoint and others ,   our team focuses on efficiency and optimization where possible. Responsibilities: • Oracle ERP set-up and maintenance of the PPM (Project Portfolio Management) module; • Collect, review and upload project data in Oracle, implement various updates to the data   in the course of   a study , and review   internal processes for improvement opportunities. • CA Clarity™ PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) System set up and maintenance activities; • Financial Unit Grid building, consolidation and loading into Clarity system; • Data integrity activities across various systems; • Preparation of various reporting across different segments of the business (Consolidated, Sponsor, Region and Therapeutic area); Your Profile: • University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Information Technology or related; • 2+ years in a finance   role   preferably in a multinational environment; • Fluency in English (written and spoken); • Excel literacy; • Detailed-oriented personality with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude; • Handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality of work; • Service-minded attitude and ability to adapt to changes; • Eagerness to work in a global team supporting various types of activities; What   W e   O ffer: • You will benefit from a learning and development program which will allow you to grow vertically or move horizontally in the company, to best reflect your skills and desired career path ; • You will enjoy our flexible working culture with hybrid working opportunities   ( remote working   opportunities   can be considered following an individual review ) ; • Additional medical plan: health and dental care (fully covered by the employer) ; • Mutltisport card (partially covered by the employer) ; • Paid annual leave of 25 days, with 1 additional day added for each year of service in the company (up to 5 in total) ; Our Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
