We're searching for a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Specialist to support and enhance our financial reporting processes. You will play a key role in preparing accurate, compliant, and timely financial statements while ensuring transparency across the group’s performance. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge in reporting and accounting principles with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset. Responsibilities As a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist, you will: Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts: prepare IFRS BS/PnL, review JEs, accruals, run multi-currency consolidation, eliminations; revenue recognition: maintain revenue schedules and deferred revenue rollforwards; capitalize internally developed software and set amortization schedules; maintain lease schedules and share-based comp schedules. Management Reporting: Deliver monthly variance analyses vs budget/PY; partner with FP&A on KPI packs (ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC, Billings, Cash conversion); FX & Intercompany: Manage IC settlements/aging; govern FX rates; analyze translation impacts and sensitivities. Prepare Year End Consolidated BS/PnL/SCF/SOCIE and review IFRS disclosures; produce local GAAP statutory packs for UK/GR and bridge to IFRS. Correspond with auditors and manage the audit requests process (PBCs, confirmations, disclosure tie-outs) up to audit completion. Process & Systems: Drive “fast close”, automate/standardize Excel models & checklists; document SOPs; support future system selection/migration. Requirements To be successful in this role as a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist, you should have: 3–5 years of proven experience in financial reporting/consolidation/audit with strong IFRS exposure. Hands-on multi-entity, multi-currency, and intercompany experience. Knowledge of IFRS and Greek GAAP; familiarity with US/UK local GAAP is a plus. Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, Power Pivot/Data Model, complex formulas); strong Google Sheets welcome. Ability to build and maintain robust Excel-based consolidation, revenue, commissions, and lease models with clear documentation/version control. Experience improving processes around system limitations and during tooling transitions. Audit-ready workpapers; clear written & verbal communication. Bachelor in Accounting/Finance; MBA/ACCA (or in progress) is a plus. Fluent in English . Organized and analytical thinking with great attention to detail and problem solving skills.
