The Opportunity Our   location in   Temecula, California   currently has an opportunity for   a   Senior Financial Analyst   responsible for   c onsolidation activities related to Global Vascular Operations .   In this role, you will work with the   Site   Controllers and Finance Leads at our   7   manufacturing sites and 2 distribution centers as well as the Division Manufacturing Services group. This position is a key role within Vascular Division Finance that partners with various levels of leadership to drive financial ownership, cost efficiency, and process improvement. This position will   be responsible for   complex,   timely , and   accurate   financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the business. What   You’ll   Work On • Support financial analysis for Vascular Operations by partnering with finance leadership, plant controllers, and distribution center teams • Assist   with consolidating financial results and activities across the Vascular Operations network • Prepare and support forecasting processes, including Annual Plans, Latest Best Estimates (LBEs), and long-range forecasts • Perform balance sheet analysis and forecasting across operational finance teams • Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, actuals reporting, and variance analysis against forecasts • Develop and deliver financial analysis for manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and divisional operations teams • Coordinate audit and tax support requests in collaboration with accounting and finance leadership • Generate ad hoc financial reports and analyses to support business decision-making • Create and   maintain   financial tools, reports, and dashboards to track performance, trends, and key metrics • Effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial governance requirements Required   Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in month-end close, financial variance analysis, and forecasting • Advanced   proficiency   in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Preferred   Qualifications • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills • Highly organized with strong interpersonal and follow-up skills • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
