As context and trust develop, the analyst is expected to become the primary day-to-day owner for preparing departmental and Board reporting and pulling together the annual budget, with the CFO reviewing, challenging, and approving key outputs and leading final executive and Board messaging. This is a remote role aligned to Eastern Time collaboration hours, with minimal travel (1-2x per year), with a preference for within Canada. Growth in this role comes through responsibility and influence rather than an implied people-management track.
