Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager with strong exposure to US-based accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance for US companies, preferably within fast-paced or multi-client environments. Experience supporting remote teams and working with international stakeholders is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives to support strategic business decisions.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with US tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to develop financial strategies and performance metrics.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial service providers.
• Implement and optimize accounting systems, financial processes, and reporting tools.
• Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and operational planning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting standards, and US financial compliance requirements.
• Proven experience handling financial operations for US-based companies.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting and ERP software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience working in outsourcing, BPO, staffing, or professional services environments is a plus.
Requirements:
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Availability to work overlapping US business hours.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools is mandatory.
