The purpose of the role is to manage the business’ financial relationship with Stellantis, the parent company of Vauxhall, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and Peugeot, Citroen and DS (PCD) in the UK. This role is responsible for managing the financial relationship between OPENLANE UK and Stellantis, while leading the finance team and supporting senior management with financial reporting and analysis. The position focuses on delivering accurate management accounts, KPIs, and financial insights, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements to support business growth and operational efficiency. Then this might be THE job that you are looking for! Requirements What will you do?: Work effectively with external stakeholders, the Managing Director and other senior members of the team. Respond quickly and accurately to any client requests Manage the internal finance team effectively Become a key member of the business, demonstrating a willingness to take increased ownership and responsibility as the company continues to change and grow Challenge existing processes where appropriate and document any changes Take ownership of the production of accurate and timely finance reports including but not limited to: Management Accounts Balance Sheet Reconciliation Ad-hoc Reporting KPIs Ensure that ADESA is compliant with contractual and external regulations. Seek out technological developments to improve efficiency and negate the need for additional resource in the short to medium term as the company grows Who are you? Qualified CIMA or ACCA Accountant with 3+ years’ experience of team leadership A strong attention to detail The ability to prioritise effectively and operate in an environment often driven by client demand The ability to build trust by operating with integrity, discretion, and professionalism in role Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of relating to a wide range of stakeholders The mentality to question and challenge business processes Advanced experience in use of Excel Nice to have Experience of Dynamics NAV or Business Central would b
