This isn't one of them. We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to become the finance leader for our growing New Zealand business. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll partner closely with our General Manager, lead the New Zealand finance function, support an ambitious acquisition strategy, and provide the commercial insight that helps shape the future of our NZ operations. This is an opportunity to build, influence and lead. You'll have the autonomy to strengthen the New Zealand finance function while partnering with senior leadership to support continued growth, acquisitions and commercial success. You'll have the opportunity to: Lead the New Zealand finance function with significant autonomy. Partner directly with senior leadership to influence commercial and strategic decisions. Support the successful integration of future acquisitions. Build and develop a high-performing finance team. Improve systems, processes and financial controls that will support long-term growth. Position yourself for broader regional leadership opportunities as the business continues to expand. And because this is New Zealand, we'll avoid making any comparisons with Australia. We'll simply say we're looking for someone who enjoys building strong teams, making sound decisions and getting things done. What you'll be doing Lead the New Zealand finance function across financial management, reporting and cash flow. Deliver accurate monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis. Provide strategic financial advice and commercial insights to the General Manager and senior leadership team. Lead the financial integration of newly acquired businesses. Ensure compliance with New Zealand accounting standards, taxation and statutory obligations. Oversee treasury, cash flow, insurance and financial contracts. Provide leadership across payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Strengthen financial controls, governance and operational efficiency. Develop, mentor and lead the New Zealand Finance team. Help build a scalable finance function that supports continued business growth. Requirements About you You'll be an experienced finance leader who combines strong technical capability with commercial judgement and the confidence to operate independently.
