Stellenbeschreibung Role Purpose This role combines subject matter expertise and responsible for managing end‑to‑end P2P operations while driving process excellence, ensuring strong controls, and providing expert guidance on complex transactions and improvements. What you'll be doing 🔹 End‑to‑End Process Ownership Oversee full Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) operations: Invoice processing (PO / Non‑PO) Vendor management Payment execution Ensure delivery meets SLA, accuracy, and compliance standards 🔹 Control Ensure adherence to internal control framework and audit requirements Identify risks and implement corrective actions 🔹 Subject Matter Expertise (SME) Act as P2P Subject Matter Expert across processes Handle complex transactions, exceptions, and escalations Provide advisory support to team members and stakeholders 🔹 Stakeholder Management Serve as key contact for: Business stakeholders Vendors Internal Finance / Procurement teams Manage communication and resolve issues effectively 🔹 Continuous Improvement Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities Support system implementations (e.g. IFS, TIS, Backline) Promote standardisation across regions What we're looking for 5–8 years of experience in accounting Strong expertise in end‑to‑end P2P processes Experience in shared services / transformation environment Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills Proven continuous improvement mindset What we offer Generous annual leave Career & training opportunities (international opportunities possible) Collective health insurance and outpatient benefits; Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to provide help when you need extra support.
