This role will be a key contributor in enabling the decision-making process around the company’s strategic priorities and tactical action plans in maximizing revenue profitably. The successful candidate will partner with the Senior Finance Director and cross functional team members to work in agile mode on different topics, with the main objective on driving growth utilizing all levers while at the same time protecting profitability. You will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to translate complex financial analysis into actionable, easily digestible recommendations to business decision makers. Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to: Be a finance business partner to the commercial functions, which include Sales, Marketing, Innovation and Ecommerce; along with Strategy and Project Management Office function. Working in agile mode assisting the Senior Finance Director on various dynamic topics, including: Building ad-hoc financial assessments on strategic initiatives and tactical planning that involve investment spends. Leading innovation financial business case, including stress-testing size-of-prize and investment requirements along with defining the right price and pack particularly on white spaces. Playing finance business partner role on transformation project or process improvement.
