Reporting to the Manager or equivalent, the Finance role is part of the PACE Finance team focused on executing finance and accounting operations in PACE Academy. [What you will be working on] Responsibilities:- • Support the preparation of budget forecast. • Prepare budget submissions (operating and adhoc requests). • Monitor and report utilisation of approved budget across PACE. • Monitor and ensure sufficient cashflow for PACE business needs. • Support accurate and timely financial reporting (adhoc and routine). • Analyse financial reports to provide insights for management attention. • Advise internal stakeholders on finance policies and procedures. • Manage and respond to external enquiries as required. • Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and controls. [What we are looking for] Requirements:- • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in financial operations and/or accounting. • Positive attitude towards challenging situations. • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. • Applicants with experience in Public Sector Organisations or training institutions will be advantageous. Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
