Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Employee Relations Counseling:
• Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on a range of ER issues, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct confidential counseling sessions with employees to address concerns and provide support.
• Investigations:
• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and allegations of misconduct.
• Interview witnesses, collect evidence, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
• Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions or corrective measures based on findings.
• Disciplinary Actions:
• Advise management on appropriate disciplinary actions, including verbal warnings, written warnings, suspensions, and terminations.
• Conduct disciplinary hearings and document proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with disciplinary procedures and legal requirements.
• Policy Development and Implementation:
• Develop, review, and update employee relations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
• Communicate policy changes to employees and management.
• Record-Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, employment contracts, and performance reviews.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Benefits Administration:
•
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
•
Stay up-to-date on benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 3:5 years of experience in personal and employee relations
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices
• Proficient in managing conflict and conducting effective investigations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
