Overview
Our client is a well-established, national electrical and technology solutions provider with decades of experience delivering complex, high-tech infrastructure projects. They specialize in comprehensive electrical contracting, systems integration, and construction services for advanced manufacturing environments, including semiconductor fabrication facilities (fabs) .
In this role, you will lead teams responsible for the electrical construction of large-scale semiconductor fab projects, reporting directly to senior leadership. You will oversee all aspects of project delivery including project management, estimating, billing, collections, and team development in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and stringent fab-specific protocols
• Promote job site safety and enforce national, local, and client-specific safety standards
• Develop detailed estimates and review project proposals for complex electrical scopes
• Establish project timelines, budgets, manpower plans, and resource allocation strategies
• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with design documents, budget, and schedule
• Collaborate closely with owners, engineers, and trade partners to manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate the activities of internal teams and subcontractors across multiple workstreams
• Work directly with vendors to support procurement of specialized electrical equipment and long-lead materials
• Lead billing and collections processes proactively to maintain project cash flow
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in highly technical, repeat-client environments
• Assist leadership with labor forecasting and material planning for multi-phase projects
• Provide consistent reporting and updates to senior management
• Forecast and manage project financials to keep work aligned with targets
• Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and execution plans
• Manage RFPs, change orders, and scope modifications
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and field leaders

Education & Experience
Required
• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• 5+ years of electrical project management experience on large-scale, complex industrial or high-tech manufacturing projects (semiconductor fabs strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with semiconductor fab electrical systems, including medium/high-voltage distribution, tool hook-ups, cleanroom environments, and mission-critical power systems
• Experience working in active or phased construction environments with strict contamination and safety controls
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and platforms
• Ability to perform under aggressive schedules and high stakeholder expectations
• Commitment to continuous improvement in leadership, organization, and communication
• Strong scheduling, delegation, and team coordination skills
• Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
• Semiconductor fab or advanced manufacturing project experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience such as journeyman/master electrician license)
• PMP or PMI-SP certification
• Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, and electrical estimating software such as ConEst
