Position Summary TRP Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior EHS Specialist to support and enhance Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) operations across our Pavement Marking, Traffic Control, and Heavy Highway Construction divisions. This position serves as a key safety leader within the organization, partnering closely with Operations, Branch Leadership, and Field Personnel to drive compliance, reduce risk, and strengthen TRP's safety culture. The Senior EHS Specialist is responsible for leading safety initiatives, conducting comprehensive audits, managing incident investigations, delivering training programs, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental regulations, and client-specific requirements. This role provides mentorship to Safety Associates and serves as a trusted advisor to operational leadership on all EHS-related matters.
