We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join a team delivering innovative digital solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and enhancing business-critical solutions that help organisations improve their processes and achieve digital transformation goals. You will combine strong technical expertise with a business-focused mindset, translating requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and application consultants, acting as a technical advisor and ensuring delivered solutions create measurable business value. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you will: Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Build custom components, extensions, and applications using the Dataverse platform. Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following best practices for architecture, security, and code quality. Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, and internal or external systems. Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, effort estimation, and technology decisions. Lead and participate in code reviews, quality assurance activities, and DevOps processes. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide guidance during application lifecycle management. Support customers and internal teams by identifying opportunities for digitalisation, automation, and process improvement. Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, recommending improvements where appropriate.
