The higher end of range will apply to seasoned candidates with considerable years of relevant experience. **This position requires active licensure (LCSW, LMFT, OR LPCC) with the California Board of Behavioral Science** -- PATH is seeking candidates passionate about helping others make a positive change in their lives to join our Supportive Housing Services Team as the Licensed Senior Director, working out of our Los Angeles offices. ABOUT PATH Since its foundation in 1984, PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.  ABOUT OUR SUPPORTIVE HOUSING SERVICES Our Supportive Housing Services (SHS) programs provide Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) in a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) setting to individuals who have experienced homelessness and have a history of chronic health, mental health, and/or co-occurring conditions. Services are centralized and provided to clients living on-site to ensure ease of access to the resources necessary for long-term housing stabilization, improving their quality of life and community integration. ABOUT THE LICENSED SENIOR DIRECTOR As part of the SHS Team, the Licensed Senior Director of Homeless Programs provides high-level leadership for all homelessness response initiatives within an assigned county or major department of a statewide organization. This role is responsible for strategic planning, systems-level coordination, contract and fiscal oversight, performance management, and cross-sector partnerships that advance Path’s mission to end homelessness. Position Responsibilities include:  Strategic Leadership & Systems Management Lead the development and execution of a regional homelessness response strategy aligned with statewide goals, evidence-based practices, and local needs. Oversee a portfolio of programs such as outreach, interim housing, permanent supportive housing, rapid rehousing, prevention, coordinated entry, behavioral health integration, and specialized population initiatives. Program Oversight & Performance Management Direct the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of all programs within the assigned county/department. Establish performance targets, outcome metrics, and quality assurance processes; ensure programs meet or exceed contractual and regulatory requirements.
