Let’s build something extraordinary together!   Job Description We are seeking a bold, entrepreneurial commercial leader to drive the strategy, growth, and execution of our partnership ecosystem across both Butterfly Garden (our AI Marketplace) and Butterfly Embedded (Powered by Butterfly), our Ultrasound-on-Chip™ semiconductor platform. As Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing high-impact partnerships—including complex semiconductor, chip licensing, SDK, AI, and technology integration deals that fuel the growth of both platforms. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, you will shape the commercial strategy for two of Butterfly’s most important innovation engines: Butterfly Garden: expanding our AI and SDK partner network, integrating third-party AI models, and driving adoption of AI-powered clinical solutions. Butterfly Embedded: leading semiconductor, hardware, and OEM partnerships that scale the Ultrasound-on-Chip™ platform into next-generation devices and breakthrough healthcare technologies. You will operate at the intersection of chip technology, AI ecosystems, medical imaging, clinical workflows, and enterprise commercialization—ensuring partners achieve success from pre-sales engagement through execution, launch, and long-term growth.   Key Responsibilities Partnerships, Business Development & Growth Own the end-to-end partnership and business development motion across Butterfly Garden and Embedded, from market mapping and prospecting through deal close and expansion. Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-impact growth opportunities that drive platform adoption, revenue, and long-term strategic value. Build and manage a robust pipeline of semiconductor, AI, SDK, platform, and enterprise partnerships, including renewals and expansion pathways. Develop clear value propositions, partnership narratives, and business cases tailored to executive, technical, and clinical stakeholders. Drive go-to-market strategies with partners to accelerate adoption and commercial success. Semiconductor & Technology Deal Leadership Lead the structuring and negotiation of semiconductor, chip licensing, technology integration, and supply-chain–related partnerships central to the Ultrasound-on-Chip™ platform. Execute complex, multi-year agreements with OEMs, component manufacturers, and strategic technology partners. Develop pricing, commercialization models, and deal frameworks that reflect both technical complexity and long-term economic value.
