Position Summary Details
The Senior Director, Product Manager, will define the strategic direction and roadmap for UR and CM solutions across Xsolis’ healthcare platform. This role will partner with clinical, product, data science, and commercial teams on solutions to increase the value that Xsolis brings to its customers. This would include but not limited to the use of AI capabilities into our workflows that improve efficiency, decision-making, and patient outcomes.
Success requires deep knowledge of clinical operations, particularly UR and CM, a strong understanding of revenue cycle dynamics, and the ability to translate market needs into clinically relevant, usable, and commercially valuable solutions. As a key product leader, this individual will help shape how AI is positioned, adopted, and delivered across the platform, bringing clear communication, customer empathy, and a passion for transforming healthcare through innovation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing products, informed by customer needs, competitive insights, and business objectives.
Lead the application of predictive, generative, and agentic AI capabilities to improve efficiency and outcomes within health system workflows.
Define, measure, and analyze success metrics to inform prioritization, guide product investment, and align cross-functional teams around business outcomes.
Own and support product planning activities, including business requirements, business cases, functional design, competitive analysis, prototyping, testing, training, validation, ROI analysis, forecasting, pricing, and profitability.
Drive adoption and value realization by monitoring post-launch performance and making ongoing product improvements.
Represent Xsolis’ capabilities with customers, prospects, partners, and at industry events and conferences.
Identify growth opportunities across Xsolis by applying existing capabilities in new ways to drive innovation, expansion, and market differentiation.
Drive cross-functional enablement activities (sales, support, value realization) to support growth of new products.
Commercialize products and capabilities to enable them to become key revenue and growth drivers in the product portfolio.
