Position Summary The Carole and Marcus Weinstein Jewish Community Center is seeking a creative, organized, and highly collaborative Digital Marketing & Content Manager to support the organization’s growing digital communications and marketing needs. This position plays a key role in managing the Weisntein JCC’s digital presence, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online communications tied to member engagement and program registration. The role also supports the overall online user experience connected to the Weinsten JCC’s Amilia SmartRec platform. Working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing and Senior Graphic Designer, this position helps ensure consistent, timely, and engaging communications across the organization while supporting the JCC’s mission, programs, and community impact. The Weinstein JCC operates with an annual budget of approximately $11.5 million and serves thousands of members and program participants annually through wellness, preschool, camp, arts, senior engagement, Jewish life, and community programming. Essential Responsibilities Digital Communications & Content • Manage day-to-day website updates and content maintenance • Build and update registration landing pages and program pages • Support online communications tied to Amilia SmartRec • Create and schedule social media content across platforms • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters • Maintain consistent messaging and branding across digital channels • Coordinate digital promotion timelines for programs and events • Write and edit marketing copy for digital use Website & User Experience • Help improve overall online member and registration experience • Ensure website information, links, and registration paths remain accurate and current • Support SEO and accessibility best practices • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements Creative & Design Support • Assist with basic graphic design needs using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva • Help absorb day-to-day production and design support needs • Provide backup creative support for the Senior Graphic Designer as needed • Coordinate simple digital graphics, signage, and promotional assets Social Media & Digital Engagement • Maintain social media calendar and scheduling • Capture and post event/program content • Assist with basic photo and video editing for digital platforms • Monitor engagement and platform analytics Amilia SmartRec & Internal Support • Serve as a marketing resource for Amilia SmartRec-related communications and digital workflows • Help departments improve consistency in member-facing digital communications • Collaborate with program staff to support online registration and promotion efforts Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or content management • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills • Experience managing website content and social media platforms • Strong familiarity with the WordPress platform required • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms • Basic graphic design and digital production skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Experience with CMS platforms and analytics tools preferred • Nonprofit, community organization, or Jewish communal experience a plus Key Characteristics The ideal candidate is: • Creative and organized • Collaborative and service-oriented • Comfortable balancing strategy and execution • Calm under pressure • A strong communicator and relationship builder • Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders • Passionate about community-focused work Reporting Structure Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing Works closely with: • Senior Graphic Designer • Program Directors • Cultural Arts • Community Engagment • Membership • Development • Camp • Preschool • Afterschool • Fitness & Wellness • Aquatics • Sports & Rec • Senior Engagement Compensation & Benefits • Anticipated salary range: approximately $55,000 based on experience • Competitive benefits package (Medical, dental and vision insurance) • Retirement plan • Generous paid time off • Complimentary Weinstein JCC membership • Professional development opportunities • Mission-driven, collaborative work environment About the Weinstein JCC The Carole and Marcus Weinstein Jewish Community Center is a welcoming, inclusive community organization dedicated to enriching lives through Jewish values, wellness, education, culture, and connection.
