Description
Senior Development / Engineering Lead
We’re looking for a Senior Development / Engineering Lead (AI + React/TypeScript) who treats AI as a collaborator – never a blind authority. You’ll work hands-on while leading others, partner closely with the team to map the front-end architecture, and set the engineering principles for agentic AI development. You’ll judge what belongs with AI agents (and what doesn’t), review and refine Copilot output in IntelliJ , and turn complex requirements into resilient, elegant React/TypeScript solutions.
Location: Cairo
About the customer: A leading European vertical-software provider in the home-and-living retail ecosystem, headquartered in the DACH region with offices across Europe. Known for deep domain expertise and long-term customer relationships, it pairs product-led development with a pragmatic engineering culture and a roadmap shaped by real store-floor workflows. Teams collaborate closely with users, challenge complexity, and favour solutions that are maintainable, secure, and quietly scalable.
