We’re looking for a like-minded Senior Designer/Video who is set up for the challenge and genuinely interested in the experience of building our practice and with the support of their team, driving their client accounts and projects. Joining the Creative Marketing team at AXON will give team members at all levels opportunities they may not experience in a mainstream healthcare marketing agency – including opportunities to work with practices outside of creative marketing, working on Global/European accounts and internal responsibilities that help shape the direction of our practice. You will bring senior-level creative craft, strong visual judgement, and hands-on video editing and development capability, helping shape compelling work across campaigns, digital channels, events, pitches, social content and client communications. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering beautifully crafted, strategically considered work across static, digital, film and animated formats. The successful candidate will be passionate about creative excellence, eager to push ideas further, and enthusiastic about embracing new technologies and creative approaches.
