Your role will involve collaborating with team members from Customs business branches, ITD and Government appointed contractors to ensure consistency and efficiency in design across various digital services. Optimisation : Work with the eService owners and/or government appointed contractors to optimise eServices and business processes
Design & Prototyping : Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate requirements with business teams and test concepts with users, iterating based on feedback from stakeholders and technical teams.
Product Development & Operation : Work together with the technical teams on the design, development, continual enhancements, and CES operation support
Standards & Documentation : Create and maintain design standards, guidelines, templates, components, and comprehensive documentation. Publish design packages on developer portals for team circulation.
Collaboration & Implementation : Work closely with CES ITD team members to define problem statements and ideate solutions. Collaborate with developers and contractors to ensure design implementation meets specifications and supports Customs transformation initiatives.
Performance & Quality : Develop and monitor tracking metrics, participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and stay current with digital design trends and best practices.
