This is the intersection where the product has to meet customer needs and create value. The Senior Data Analytics Engineer leads the design, implementation, and optimisation of our data infrastructure. With a focus on data engineering, the role spans Microsoft Fabric (to be introduced), on-premise SQL, and Dynamics 365 (Dataverse). You will build and maintain scalable pipelines, integrate disparate datasets, and ensure high-quality, secure, and accessible data. Additionally, you will be able to provide advanced analytics outputs through Power BI dashboards, translating complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders. As a senior member of the team, you will define best practices and guide adoption of Microsoft Fabric ensuring the organisation has a robust, future-ready data platform. WHAT WILL YOU DO Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL and data pipelines across multiple platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. Define and implement best practices for data integration, transformation, quality, security, and governance. Manage data migrations, archival processes, and integrations across various systems and databases. Create and maintain advanced data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical models (e.g., Power BI or equivalent) to support business insights and decision-making. Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to define data requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and own delivery of high-quality outcomes. Set up and maintain unified data models across disparate data sources, ensuring consistency and accessibility. Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, taking full ownership of system performance and reliability.
