Full-time (CLT or Cooperative).What You Will DoDefine and evolve the enterprise data architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and governed data platforms.Lead the design of lakehouse solutions, including Medallion Architecture, data models, and data pipelines that support analytics, operational workloads, and AI initiatives.Act as the technical reference for Databricks, driving architecture standards, platform optimization, and cost-efficiency initiatives.Establish best practices for data governance, quality, lineage, security, and compliance.Partner with AI Architects, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to enable AI and advanced analytics use cases through reliable and accessible data platforms.Ensure alignment with global, regional, and local architecture and technology standards.Mentor engineering teams and provide guidance on data and cloud architecture best practices.Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve data platforms and capabilities.What We Are Looking ForFluent English.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Solid experience in Data Architecture and/or Data Engineering.Strong experience designing and implementing modern data platforms using Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake.Experience with data modelling, data integration patterns, large-scale data pipelines, and lakehouse architectures.Advanced SQL and Python skills, with experience in automated testing frameworks (e.g., pytest), data transformation, and quality practices (e.g., dbt).Strong knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance practices, including GDPR/LGPD.Experience supporting Enterprise AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI initiatives through data platform architecture.Understanding of modern AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.Experience with Azure data services and cloud-native architectures.Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery models.Nice to HaveExperience in payments, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.Knowledge of Data Mesh principles.Familiarity with PCI DSS requirements.Databricks certifications.Experience working in multinational environments.BenefitsMeal/food allowance.Caju multi-benefit card (CLT only).Health plan (Unimed) with no waiting period or copayment for holder; dependents available with copayment (CLT only).Dental plan (Uniodonto) with affordable dependent options (CLT only).Wellhub access to gyms, physical activities, and wellness programs.Zenklub mental health sessions (two free/month for CLT; special rates for Cooperative).Life insurance (CLT only).Childcare allowance for children aged 4 months to 6 years (CLT only).Baby gift for new parents.Educational partnerships with discounts on undergraduate, graduate, and language programs.Participation in events, workshops, and team-building activities.Referral bonus program.
