What you'll do
Partner with Product, Commercial, and Business stakeholders to solve complex business challenges through data, transforming ambiguous questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
Design, define, and maintain business KPIs, ensuring metric consistency, data quality, and alignment across teams and regions.
Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, diagnose business issues, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
Design and maintain scalable analytical solutions, including semantic models, Power BI dashboards, and self-service reporting that enable informed business decisions.
Lead deep-dive investigations, root cause analyses, and impact assessments for product launches, commercial initiatives, and operational performance.
Design and evaluate experiments, measure business impact, and provide data-driven recommendations based on statistical evidence.
Leverage AI tools (such as LLMs, code assistants, and AI-powered analytics solutions) to accelerate data exploration, automate repetitive analyses, improve documentation, and enhance productivity while ensuring analytical accuracy.
Transform analytical findings into compelling stories that clearly communicate business impact and influence decisions across technical and executive audiences.
Partner closely with Data Engineering to improve data quality, validate data pipelines, and ensure reliable reporting foundations.
Mentor analysts through technical guidance, analytical problem solving, code reviews, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with global teams, driving alignment, standardization, and knowledge sharing across regions.
What you'll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
Expert SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization, and large-scale analytical transformations.
Advanced Power BI knowledge, including semantic modeling, DAX, visualization design, and performance optimization.
Strong Python skills for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
Experience working with large analytical datasets and translating business questions into scalable analytical solutions.
Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven analysis.
Experience applying AI tools to improve analytical workflows, coding productivity, documentation, or insight generation.
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and user-centered dashboard design.
Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
Advanced English communication skills.
