WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in helping H&M make better decisions through data. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineers and fellow data professionals to turn complex questions into actionable insights that drive measurable business impact. You will lead analytical initiatives from problem definition through delivery, combining technical expertise with strong business understanding and stakeholder engagement.     Lead end-to-end analytical projects and initiatives that support strategic business goals     Translate complex business challenges into structured analytical approaches and recommendations     Define, measure and follow up on KPIs to support product, business and customer outcomes     Explore and analyse large datasets to identify opportunities, risks and trends     Deliver insights and recommendations that influence decision-making at different levels of the organisation     Partner closely with stakeholders to understand needs, challenge assumptions and identify new data opportunities     Contribute to the development of data products, reporting solutions and analytical frameworks     Promote best practices in analytics, data storytelling and insight generation     Mentor and support other analysts while contributing to a strong data community WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You will collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders across H&M, including Product Managers, Business Experts, Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, business leaders and other analysts.
