In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-value German-speaking customers and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. By optimizing pricing strategies and delivering measurable results, you’ll create tangible value across their organizations. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and leadership to ensure a proactive and strategic customer experience, continuously driving adoption, engagement, and growth. What you'll do You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic DACH accounts, with a strong focus on proactive engagement, value realization, and long-term impact: Own and manage a portfolio of strategic B2B and enterprise customers in the DACH region as the primary point of contact Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them toward stronger commercial decisions Drive onboarding and ensure successful product adoption across teams and functions Proactively engage customers to understand business goals, KPIs, and performance drivers Challenge and guide customers to optimize pricing, revenue strategies, and operational efficiency Translate product usage into measurable business outcomes Conduct structured, insight-driven business reviews with senior stakeholders and executive teams Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders within enterprise organizations Identify opportunities to increase adoption, retention, and revenue expansion Ensure renewal readiness and full lifecycle ownership of strategic accounts Collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities and strategic account planning Maintain accurate CRM data, portfolio insights, and customer health tracking You will also contribute to strengthening our Customer Success function: Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Marketing to provide structured customer insights and feedback Contribute to onboarding improvements, proactive engagement models, and best practices Support development of Customer Success playbooks and frameworks Share insights on customer needs, feature requests, and market trends in the DACH region Support customer advocacy initiatives (case studies, references, success stories) Mentor and support less experienced colleagues informally Who you are We’re looking for a proactive, commercially driven, and customer-centric senior professional who thrives in a strategic role and enjoys managing complex enterprise relationships. Must-have skills 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles Experience managing complex B2B customer relationships and strategic portfolios Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers Strong ability to manage multiple strategic accounts in a structured and disciplined way Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and guide stakeholders constructively Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations Experience working with CRM and/or Customer Success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Custify) Fluent in Germa
