A leading UK consumer marketplace is looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to build the next generation of its consumer lifecycle marketing function. The business already reaches millions of customers every year, but its biggest growth opportunity is solving one simple question: how do you stay relevant when customers only need you a handful of times each year? Using behavioural data, customer insight and experimentation, you’ll create intelligent lifecycle journeys that keep the brand front of mind, increase repeat usage and unlock long-term customer value!
Salary Package: £55,000-60,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits
Location: London (Hybrid, 4 days per week in-office)
Sponsorship: Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available.
Joining a small, high-performing Consumer Growth team, you’ll bring the CRM strategy to life by building and optimising automated customer journeys across email, push notifications and other owned channels. Working at the intersection of Product, Data and Marketing, you’ll use segmentation, experimentation and behavioural insight to continuously improve the customer experience and commercial performance. Joining at the start of this transformation, you’ll help build a best-in-class in-house CRM function where your work will directly influence how millions of customers experience the brand.
The Senior CRM Specialist will:
• Build and optimise automated CRM journeys across email, push and owned channels.
• Execute data-led lifecycle campaigns that increase engagement, retention and repeat usage.
• Use customer insight, segmentation and experimentation to continuously improve performance.
• Partner with Product, Data and Marketing to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
The Senior CRM Specialist must have:
• Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
• Expertise building automated lifecycle journeys, behavioural segmentation and personalised CRM campaigns.
• Experience within a fast-paced, scaling consumer digital business, ideally a marketplace, app or subscription business.
• A passion for building, testing and improving CRM in a commercially focused environment; experience helping scale a CRM function from the ground up would be advantageous.
