Sarmad is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept through execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to produce visually compelling designs that meet our business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring that our design solutions are innovative, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals. Responsibilities Lead the design process from concept to completion for various projects, including digital and print media Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create engaging visuals that communicate our brand message Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that meet project objectives Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure fresh and impactful designs Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field 7+ years of experience in a UX creative design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work Proficiency in design software "Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc." Freehand drawing is a credit Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles Experience in the financial industry is a major credit. "Investment, Finance, Payments, etc." Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior designers Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity
