About the Role We are hiring an elite, results-obsessed Creative Strategist to own end-to-end creative strategy for fast-scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) skincare and cosmetics brands. This is not a role for someone who has "seen some success"; we are looking for a top-of-the-game operator who lives and breathes performance creative, knows exactly what makes an ad win, and can prove it with results. You will lead a team of editors, drive the full creative process from concept to execution, and be directly accountable for the performance of the creative you ship.
