Description
Noom is on a mission to help people live better, longer. We’re a consumer-led digital health company, connecting people to content, coaching, community, and clinicians, to build lasting habits and live healthier lives. We’re a high-growth organization powered by science, technology, and world-class talent. When you join Noom, on any team, you’ll see the impact of your work on the world.
Our Marketing Team
Our Marketing team drives Noom’s growth by connecting people to programs that help them live healthier lives. Our performance creative function is at the heart of that — turning ideas into direct response ads that convert intent into action.
About the Role
As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to lead and evolve Noom's creative growth function. We are looking for a highly strategic and creative leader who will help scale our performance creative operations. You will oversee a creative testing framework focused on channel specific advertising, lead a junior strategist, and serve as a key strategic partner to media buying, growth, and senior marketing leadership. Our ideal candidate is someone who sits at the intersection of creative strategy, operations, and performance marketing and has experience contributing to business growth.
You Will
Own the strategy, direction, and quality of Noom's performance creative across our primary paid social and digital channels.
Lead a team from brief to final production — managing designers, editors, external agencies, and AI platform workflows
Manage and develop a junior Creative Strategist, setting them up for success on evergreen content execution
Partner closely with media buyers and growth leaders to develop creative testing strategies, optimize funnel experiences, and design and execute experiments across the user journey—from ad exposure through buyflow.
Serve as a cross-functional creative partner to marketing leadership — comfortable presenting strategy and results
Introduce processes and frameworks that improve creative efficiency, iteration speed, and output quality across different media types and approaches.
Leverage AI-powered insights and internal analytics tools to identify emerging trends, uncover growth opportunities, and inform testing priorities across accounts and the broader market landscape.
Own creative asset organization reporting systems, and performance dashboards.
Translate complex health concepts into high-converting creative across our performance channels while maintaining Noom brand standard.
Stay current on direct response creative trends, emerging formats, and competitive creative strategies
