Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior COTS Solutions Consultant Responsibilities: Evaluate Solutions and Vendors: Conduct market assessments, software evaluations, and vendor comparisons to identify solutions that best meet organizational needs and objectives. Lead Proofs of Concept and Feasibility Assessments: Plan and coordinate PoCs, pilots, prototypes, and feasibility studies to validate solution capabilities and support informed decision-making. Design and define the architecture and integration strategy for selected COTS solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, performance, and operational requirements. Provide technical guidance and oversight during the implementation, configuration, deployment, integration, testing, and validation of selected COTS solutions. Proven experience in conducting feasibility studies and assessing technical risks associated with COTS solutions, including data migration and system compatibility. Manage Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with software vendors throughout the evaluation and acquisition process, including product assessments, commercial discussions, and procurement support activities. Coordinate Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Work closely with business teams, procurement, legal, security, enterprise architecture, testing, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation, evaluation reports, business cases, presentations, and decision-support materials. Support Solution Adoption and Delivery Planning: Contribute to implementation planning, risk assessment, transition activities, and solution readiness evaluations. Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
