In this role you will: • Create impactful cost control reports and analysis for the project leadership team, communicating trends, patterns and predictions through variance analysis, forecasting and Capex expenditure monitoring • Monitor and evaluate project changes, ensuring variances in costs are captured in forecasting and reporting • Oversee the invoice processing and cost breakdown structure processes to ensure correct coding is utilized and accuracy is maintained on an ongoing basis • Oversee the monthly cost reconciliation process between Unifier and SAP • Actively participate in project team and functional meetings/workshops as required • Support the overall project by providing expert data analysis and presentations as required • Foster top performance and growth for your team of cost controllers and cost analysts via excellent mentorship and leadership We would love to hear from you if you : • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business management or other related field • Have grown your experience over 10 years working in cost control environments for largescale projects, preferably in the life sciences construction sector • Are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing • Have strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to create balanced solutions and recommendations • Are systems savvy and have experience working with project management software • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun • Have the right to work in Germany All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
