Job Title: Senior Corporate IT Engineer Location: San Francisco, California Compensation: Up to $175,000K + equity + bonus Overview An extremely fast-scaling AI infrastructure company is seeking a Senior Corporate IT Engineer to help build and scale its internal IT environment from the ground up. This is a true 0→1 role, offering the opportunity to build foundational systems across identity, devices, and SaaS tooling in a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality IT support for both in-office and remote teams • Administer and scale Okta (user lifecycle, groups, integrations, RBAC) • Manage and optimize device fleets (macOS, iOS, Windows) via MDM solutions • Support and improve core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace and associated tools) • Troubleshoot device, network, and A/V issues in office environments • Own and operationalize onboarding and offboarding workflows • Manage hardware procurement and asset lifecycle tracking • Build and maintain clean, scalable documentation for IT systems and processes • Develop automation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency • Support foundational security hygiene, including access reviews and identity controls Required Experience • Hands-on experience administering Okta (users, groups, app integrations) • Strong expertise in Google Workspace (some Microsoft 365 exposure preferred) • Practical experience with MDM solutions across macOS and Windows • Ability to support macOS, iOS, and Windows environments • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) • Experience with IT support operations, procurement, and asset management • Strong documentation and technical writing skills • Excellent communication and end-user support capabilities • Foundational understanding of IT security and best practices Preferred Qualifications • Experience with automation tools (Okta Workflows, Zapier, n8n, Workato, Tray.io) • Scripting experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) • Exposure to security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) • Experience integrating HRIS platforms (Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, Deel) • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations • Exposure to AI tooling or automation ecosystems Who You Are • A high-agency, hands-on IT professional who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments • Comfortable building systems from scratch rather than optimizing legacy environments • Strongly collaborative with a service-first mindset • Motivated by ownership, speed, and continuous improvement • Interested in evolving toward security, automation, or platform engineering Why This Role? • 0→1 ownership – build core IT systems and processes from scratch • High autonomy – senior IC role with minimal bureaucracy and real decision-making power • Broad scope – hands-on responsibility across identity, MDM, SaaS, and end-user environments • Mission-driven – support infrastructure underpinning cutting-edge AI and AGI development • Exceptional growth trajectory – join one of the fastest-scaling companies globally
