Senior Corporate Administrator – Limassol Our client is a long-established Anglo-Cypriot Investment and Asset Management Company based in Limassol with satellite offices in London, New York, Monte Carlo, Greece, and Dubai. Corporate Services company based in Limassol, is currently seeking a dedicated Senior Corporate Administrator to join their team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Keep records, create, maintain and enter client information into databases (ie. Quorum) Prepare, draft and review legal documents, including board of directors and shareholders resolutions/minutes, AGM, EGM, Handle the incorporation and ongoing administration of Cyprus companies, notify the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property of any corporate changes related to client and group entities and handle annual fillings (HE32 form), Annual General meetings and other annual compliance requirements Liaise with local authorities, other service providers and consultants Coordinate the opening and maintenance of local and international bank accounts, including preparation and submission of KYC, due diligence and other necessary documentation Support client onboarding, ongoing due diligence and internal compliance processes. Provide administrative support to the directors of our company Perform other related office tasks CANDIDATE PROFILE University degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance Fully ACA OR ACCA qualified Solid background within a similar position not less than 3 years Strong knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law, Corporate Governance and corporate administration processes CySec Accreditation Excellent drafting skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Fluent in English and Greek; French will be considered an advantage;
