Job Description As Senior Controller, you will: Lead the financial performance, governance, and planning activities of Kanadevia Inova AG , our largest and most complex Swiss legal entity. Acting as a trusted business partner to management, you will combine strong controlling expertise with forward-looking financial planning and analytical capabilities, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with Group financial standards. Key Responsibilities • Financial Performance & Management Reporting Own the entity's P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance. Lead monthly performance reviews, ensuring accurate financial reporting, meaningful variance analysis, and clear communication of business drivers and risks. • Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting Drive annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and medium-term plans in alignment with Group requirements. Challenge assumptions and support management decision-making with fact-based analyses and financial insights. • Cash Flow, Working Capital & Compliance Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital transparency in close collaboration with Treasury. Monitor balance sheet positions and ensure compliance with Group policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. • Digital Finance & Data Analytics Drive the use of digital tools and data-driven decision-making within Finance. Develop and enhance financial dashboards, reporting automation, and performance analytics, with a strong focus on Power BI and business intelligence solutions. • Business Partnering & Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a key finance partner to business leaders and functional stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Group FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, HR, and Business Units to improve financial performance and governance.
