Your Task: • Identifying and addressing business critical issues thus helping our clients to achieve operational excellence • Being determined to make a difference and not afraid to challenge the status-quo • Successfully delivering/leading projects & programs in such areas as: • Strategic IT analysis & planning • Executive IT Advisory & alignment (i.e. between Business & IT) • Target Operating Model Design • IT Transformation • Complex Program Delivery • Digital (i.e. Enterprise Agility, DevOps, Cloud Adoption and Migration, Workplace of the Future, Cyber Security, etc.) and IT/BPO Sourcing • Leading small ISG teams to quickly becoming accepted as part of the fabric of the client’s management team in order to deliver exceptional quality of execution • Expanding and utilizing their network of contacts to generate leads and opportunities for the practice and wider firm Your Qualification and Skills: • BA or Master´s Degree in IT or Business Administration • Minimum 5 years experience in IT transformation consulting or operational delivery • Strong recent experience in strategic IT planning, target operating model design and IT transformational programs • Clear ability to deliver continuously the latest thinking within a highly competitive advisory marketplace • Facilitation skills, forging consensus around credible, executable solutions • Passionate about affecting real change applying classical organizational and people change management techniques • Ability to learn quickly, be a team player, apply structured thinking and strong presentation skills • Verbal and written fluency in both German and English • Willingness to travel
