Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical hands-on developer to support and deliver Oracle Fusion HCM projects for US-based clients. This role will collaborate closely with Offshore, Nearshore, and Onshore stakeholders across the full project lifecycle, including new implementations, global rollouts, system upgrades, enhancements, custom development, integrations, reporting, and post-go-live hypercare support.
The Technical Developer will work directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand organizational requirements, analyze existing processes, and design scalable Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions. This individual will be responsible for identifying solution gaps (if any), recommending appropriate technical approaches, and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that align with business objectives and Oracle best practices.
