Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled  Senior Consultant / Specialist Cardio-Thoracic Surgeon  to join our medical team. The successful candidate will provide advanced surgical care for patients with complex cardiac and thoracic conditions, while contributing to clinical excellence, patient safety, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities Perform complex cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including cardiac, thoracic, and vascular-related surgeries as appropriate. Assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide pre-operative and post-operative care. Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Participate in clinical decision-making, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols. Mentor and support junior medical staff and contribute to training activities. Stay updated with advances in cardiothoracic surgical techniques and best practices. Requirements Medical degree from an accredited institution. Board certification or recognized specialist qualification in Cardio-Thoracic Surgery. Valid professional medical license or eligibility for licensure in the relevant jurisdiction. Extensive experience in cardiothoracic surgical procedures.
