As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and proactive Consultant (360) to join our team based in South Korea. This is a delivery-focused recruitment role where you’ll play a key part in sourcing, attracting and engaging top talent while supporting the successful delivery of client vacancies. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and managers, building strong candidate pipelines and helping deliver an outstanding recruitment experience. Job description What you’ll be doing: Business Development & Revenue Delivery • Driving personal Gross Margin performance through recruitment delivery and business development activity. • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within assigned markets. • Supporting rate discussions and commercial positioning in line with agreed strategies and escalation frameworks. • Rolling Quarterly Forecast input and accuracy for personal gross margin targets. Client Relationship Management • Managing day-to-day relationships with assigned clients. • Conducting regular client communication and meetings within agreed scope. • Ensuring service delivery meets agreed expectations and KPI’s. Recruitment Delivery (Full-Cycle) • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy registration to placement and aftercare. • Ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and Atlas NextWave policies and procedures. • Delivering high-quality recruitment solutions aligned with client needs. Market Intelligence • Gathering market, candidate, and competitor intelligence to support recruitment delivery and commercial discussions. • Sharing insights with Senior Consultants and Team Managers. Data & Performance Management • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in BH4SF (Bullhorn for Salesforce). • Actively managing pipelines and performance against KPIs. Organisation • Adherence to the Atlas NextWave Integrated Management System. Job requirements What we’re looking for: • Full-cycle recruitment delivery experience • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written skills • Sales in a recruitment or professional services environment • Knowledge of Atlas NextWave capabilities, services and operations • Client relationship and business development exposure • Strong levels of emotional intelligence What type of person succeeds in this role?
