This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Consulting team at Moore Insight where our clients are at the heart of our business. We are looking for a recently qualified Accountant with up to three years post qualification experience, ideally with an understanding / experience of finance and / or ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: • Be part of a high-performing consulting team and provide support as directed in ensuring the quality and timeliness of the delivery of assignments. • Ascertain detailed requirements of work to be undertaken - this could include; Financial systems accounting advice and support, financial analysis, systems process and design, data migration, designing interfaces, and systems design and testing documentation. • Work with client finance teams providing accounting advice and support in accordance with assignment. • Be comfortable working alongside client senior leaders and key stakeholders. • Pro-actively support our business development activity which may include contributing to bids / proposals, sharing information on leads and sell-on work, and helping to develop new business propositions. What you will need to succeed in this role: • Relevant professional qualifications and ideally some consulting experience. • Practical knowledge of accounting best practice with breadth of relevant experience. • Exposure to commercial finance systems. • Previous business experience working with limited support or unsupervised on projects. • Willingness to go the extra mile to meet critical deadlines and ensure operational excellence. • Positive, engaging, warm demeanor, with a proactive, can-do, solution-seeking attitude. • Structured thinker with strong analytical capabilities. • Dealing with pressure and changes of priority. • Embracing change and looking for opportunities from it.
