Description
⭐ Why Keyrus, Why Now! Keyrus is an international group of 2,800 consultants and experts across 28 countries , built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have been building the data foundations that make intelligent systems work — designing the Operating System of the intelligent enterprise, where intelligence is embedded into the core of business processes to create sustainable value: we operationalise intelligence . AI does not replace humans. It repositions us to a place no system can follow: understanding, deciding, designing, and creating. At Keyrus, you will not just develop skills—you will develop judgment. Your expertise sharpens with every intelligent system you architect, every client challenge you solve, and every production deployment that compounds on the last. Over time, you grow into one of the rarest professionals of the intelligence era: someone who bridges AI, software engineering, cloud architecture, and business decision-making at scale. This is not a role you fill. It is a discipline you master and a story you help write to become a Keyrus Architect of Intelligence . Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates. Industrial discipline connects the two. 📍 Location: Hybrid – Toronto or Montreal, Canada (2 days per week on-site) 💼 Contract: Permanent, Full-time WHAT YOU'LL ARCHITECT: As a Senior Consultant - AI Engineer , you will architect and deliver enterprise AI solutions that move beyond experimentation into production-ready systems. Combining software engineering excellence with consulting expertise, you will design intelligent architectures, build agentic workflows, and guide organizations through the adoption of scalable, reliable, and measurable AI capabilities. Translate business objectives into AI solutions by collaborating directly with executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders to define success metrics and measurable outcomes Evaluate AI platforms and recommend the most appropriate technology stack based on integration, governance, scalability, cost, and time-to-value considerations Architect Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions including multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, memory management, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop orchestration Build production-grade AI agents and intelligent automations using LangChain, LangGraph, Bedrock AgentCore, and modern orchestration frameworks integrated with enterprise systems through APIs Design evaluation pipelines, observability frameworks, prompt lifecycle management, and versioning strategies that maximize reliability, performance, and governance Deliver Proofs of Concept, demonstrations, and production deployments supported by modern AI Engineering, CI/CD, and MLOps practices Contribute to pre-sales initiatives by shaping solution offerings, supporting proposals, and providing technical credibility during client engagements Mentor engineers and junior team members while defining reusable architectures, engineering standards, and AI best practices Continuously evaluate emerging models, frameworks, MCP capabilities, and agent protocols to strengthen client solutions and Keyrus' AI practice WHO YOU ARE: You combine deep engineering expertise with a strong consulting mindset You see AI systems as business capabilities rather than isolated technical implementations You naturally balance rapid innovation with scalability, governance, and long-term maintainability You enjoy collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to transform business challenges into intelligent solutions You are comfortable making architectural decisions and communicating technical trade-offs to both executives and engineers You continuously explore new AI technologies and translate them into practical, production-ready solutions Y
