Description
The Senior Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting the development, management, and reporting of sustainability programs across various sectors. This role involves providing data analytics, calculations, and consultancy services, aimed at underpinning clients’ sustainability goals and objectives. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global sustainability experts to deliver major projects and innovate solutions encompassing life cycle assessments, sustainable packaging, and waste recovery, depending on the project requirements. The consultant is responsible for performing detailed calculations, interpreting data, and developing reports that communicate environmental, social, and economic sustainability metrics. Senior Consultants are expected to manage projects, mentor junior consultants, and ensure continuous learning while staying updated on industry trends and regulations. This is a delivery and project management position that requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including global Anthesis sustainability experts and technical consultants, to support major project delivery and innovate new solutions for clients’ sustainability journeys. It engages in technical research, quality assurance, and contributes to proposal writing, ensuring best practices are followed while managing multiple projects with minimal supervision. Continuous learning and professional development are integral to this role, as the senior consultant stays updated on global EPR regulatory landscape, industry trends and methodologies to drive a circular economy and integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) priorities into business strategies.
