Description
Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Communications Specialist to lead the day-to-day execution of the communication segment — planning, directing and quality-assuring the communication initiatives and channel activity that build awareness, alignment and engagement around TAWAL's Data & AI transformation. Employment Type: Full-time employment Responsibilities Develop and maintain the communication plan, editorial calendar and initiative charters (activity, mode, frequency, target stakeholders, feedback mechanism). Direct the Content Developer and Channels Coordinator to execute the seven communication initiatives across the six channels (SharePoint, meetings/events, digital boards, intra-site, e-learning, email). Craft and approve key messages and narratives tailored to leadership, strategic, support and data-consumer audiences. Liaise with TAWAL's brand/creative function for visual assets, and with the SMEs for technical accuracy. Run stakeholder feedback, surveys and polls; feed sentiment into the adoption workstream. Ensure consistency with TAWAL's data-strategy objectives and visual guidelines. Requirements 6–9 years in internal / corporate communications, change communications or campaign management. Experience running multi-channel communication programmes in large organisations. GCC / KSA corporate communications experience preferred. Internal & corporate communications and campaign planning. Message development, storytelling and channel strategy. Communication charters, editorial calendars and stakeholder engagement. Event and executive-briefing communications. Certifications in IABC or equivalent corporate-communications certification — preferred. Language: English (fluent).
