Description • Review property valuations to identify property tax savings opportunities using the various, Income, Sales and Cost approach analyses. • Lead and advise staff of appeal processes • Perform various analyses for clients such as tax projections, annual budgets, communicate appeal status, and review/discuss client needs • Present and negotiate appeals with various assessing jurisdictions • Communicate and present the firm's services to potential clients • Review and approve invoices Requirements • Work in F|B’s Chicago office daily • MAI Appraiser designation • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related fields • Excellent presentation and communications skills • Minimum Cumulative Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
