JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager (EOI) with expertise in managing mixed-use development projects. This role requires a professional with at least 10 years of experience, capable of overseeing all commercial aspects to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for contract management, procurement strategies, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement to drive project success within a complex mixed-use environment. You will work collaboratively across departments while representing JASARA PMC's commitment to excellence and innovation in program management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Minimum of 10 years' experience managing commercial aspects of mixed-use development projects. Proven ability to handle end-to-end contract administration and negotiation. Strong experience in procurement, budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting. Familiarity with risk management processes and mitigation strategies in large-scale projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional activities. Proficient with commercial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
