Overview We’re hiring Senior CNC Machinists for our precision machining operation supporting the rapidly growing semiconductor industry. This role is built for experienced setup machinists who enjoy tackling challenging, high-mix work. You’ll independently machine precision components from print to finished part, handling setups, troubleshooting processes, verifying quality, and keeping production moving across a variety of equipment. You’ll work across CNC mills, turning centers, and mill-turn equipment while helping newer machinists develop their setup skills and serving as a technical resource on the production floor. Tell us what you need to make—we want to talk. 2nd shift - 15% shift differential Hiring Across the Skill Spectrum Senior CNC Machinists Setup Specialists Lead Machinists CNC Programmers Responsibilities Complete Setups: Independently perform machine setups from blueprint to first part. Blueprint Interpretation: Read complex prints and manufacturing documentation. Program Adjustments: Edit offsets and make basic G-code adjustments. Quality Verification: Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment. Process Troubleshooting: Resolve machining and tooling issues independently. Documentation: Maintain accurate production and quality records. Technical Support: Assist machinists with setups and troubleshooting. Safe Production: Produce quality parts while following safety procedures. Requirements Qualifications Required 5+ years of CNC machining experience Independent setup machining experience Experience with CNC mills and lathes Strong blueprint interpretation skills Proficient with precision measuring equipment Experience editing offsets and G-code Strong troubleshooting abilities Preferred High-mix, low-volume machining experience Mill-turn machining experience 5-axis machining experience CAD/CAM experience Manual machining background Technical machining education or apprenticeship Experience mentoring less experienced machinists Continuous improvement experience
