Description
Location Stuttgart / Remote Your mission We are looking for reinforcement for our Platform team. The team is responsible for a wide range of services for our developers and other teams: • Building and operating Kubernetes clusters • Building and operating internal systems • Development and operation of (Ops) tools • Supporting the development teams in various analyses and challenges of the operation of our application • Supporting external clients in implementing our application Your profile • You have at least 5+ years of experience as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer or in a comparable role • You demonstrate strong communication, analytical problem-solving, willingness to learn, and deliver pragmatic, clean solutions • You know how to operate and scale SaaS platforms, ensuring performance, high availability, data security, cost efficiency, and reliability • You bring experience in the architecture and design of complex cloud-native systems, with the ability to define best practices and standards across teams • You have a background in cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes ( EKS , self-managed clusters, networking, security, scaling), Terraform (Infrastructure as Code, modular & multi-cloud strategies), Docker & Helm (containerization and application deployment) • You have a background in automation, observability, and delivery tools: scripting (Ruby preferred, Python/Bash), Go, application monitoring & logging (Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, metrics, alerting), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, automation), and networking (VPCs, routing, load balancers, DNS) What you can expect of us • Flexibility – Enjoy extensive freedom regarding your workplace (Mobile Office, Home Office, and In-Office) and tailor your working hours to suit your needs. • Autonomy – Take advantage of the opportunity to work independently and responsibly, supported by a flat hierarchy and short decision-making paths. • Internationality – Work in a global team that values and promotes cultural diversity.
